Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Area
We currently only deliver within the Netherlands. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the Netherlands.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to high order volume, postal service issues, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will keep you informed of the status of your delivery.
Order Changes & Address Errors
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, the order may already be in processing. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order, as we are not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect addresses.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost or Missing Deliveries
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbours or household members
- Verify the shipping address provided during checkout
- Contact the delivery carrier for more information
