RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is the online store's return policy?

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days, and you have an additional 30 days to return the products after cancellation. We will refund the full amount, minus the return shipping costs, if the product is received in good condition.

We offer free standard shipping. The delivery time to Germany is typically 8-15 business days. The total estimated delivery time includes a processing time of 2-3 business days and a delivery time of 8-11 business days, depending on the destination. Does the store offer international shipping?

No, currently we only offer domestic shipping and do not offer international shipping. This ensures that we can maintain our delivery times and customer service standards.
