1. Do you ship outside the Netherlands?

No, we currently only deliver orders within the Netherlands.

2. How long will delivery take?

Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. What is your return policy?

5. Are your lamps CE certified?

Yes, all our lamps comply with EU safety standards and carry CE certification.

6. Do your products include bulbs?

Some lamps include bulbs, and others do not. This information is specified on each product page under the product description.

8. Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, all our products come with a 2-year statutory warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

10. Do you have a physical store?

No, we are an online-only store. This allows us to keep prices competitive and offer a wide selection of products delivered directly to your home in the Netherlands.
