1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
2. Return Conditions
- Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition.
- All returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the goods are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the goods you receive are defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographs and/or video evidence. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
